Please help he's gotten worse.

I am by no means any sort of expert (I've only had my baby 2 months & I've had to learn as I go) but the female looks much better than the male to me. The eyes being open is a good sign, they don't look sunken to me & if she's eating that's a good sign too. But I'm sure an experienced member could tell you more.
I'm sorry about your boy, I know that closed eyes is bad, but I'm not in a position to offer advice. Sorry the vet couldn't reassure you.
Sometimes people express themselves by being very direct & it's hard to work out people's 'tone' online - it's easy to take it personally. but what's important is the help you get for your cham & not people going off on a tangent about this, that & the other (although, that's easily done too! Been there)

Does your vet have experience with chameleons? If not, would your vet be willing to talk with one who does? Just to re-iterate, that does not look like an eye infection, it looks like a sinus infection.
It looks less inflamed than it did.
I sort of wonder if the decline you saw was a result of stress from the vet visit. Maybe they just need a bit of recovery time.
How long did you shower him for? I'm going to suggest you get him in for 15 to 20 minutes.

Yes I have been giving him showers daily plus misting his cage and using a dripper. I also do it for about 15 Minutes. Same with the baby girl as well. But I also have good news, Today may turn out to be a fabulous day after all. The baby boy is doing sooo much better. He's opening the eyes "mainly one" and he's up walking around. I am still a little worried but I am hoping for the best. But there is one more thing now, The eye he has open most seems to look a little cloudy? Should I just give him a little more time?

I would keep up with what you are doing, it sounds like time and TLC is making a difference.
