Plastic plants or vines are suitable, but I would choose live plants over plastic. At first i was using ficus plants but then i found out my cham wasn't eating that many crickets, they were all just hiding underneath and around the bottom of the pot of the ficus. So I switched to plastic vines and plants, which i had to mist extra and more times through out the day because the water dries up and the humidity goes down again. Then, when I got my one year old male vieled, I went plastic with him, but then i saw him trying to eat the fake leaves... which pull apart from the vine if you pull with enough pressure. I had to rush in there and take it out of his mouth before he swallows it... which might then lead to an impaction problem. Now I use live plants... non toxic ones of course
