Plastic 1/2 mesh

At Home Depot today, I found a roll of some black plastic one half inch "screen." The whole roll was only 12.00 and it's really light weight. Anyone had any experience with this yet? I'm going to revamp one of Fractal's cages with it a.s.a.p.

I would test it with a heat lamp first to see if it melts before doing anything with it.

yea, i would do the same, most plastic will melt under heat. and burning plastic can't be good for a chameleon.

I would expect it to melt. I would not put lamps anywhere near. My plan is metal on top as usual with my PVC cages. I don't let the lamp near the PVC pipes. Just common sense really. But thank you, sincerely.
