Would a Benjamina Braid and a Lyrata Bush both of these are a type of Ficus be good for a chameleon?

Perfectly fine.

What about caladiums? I've searched and havent found any info..

Not really suitable. They are weak stemmed and the bulbs are toxic.

I bought a Schefflera and Ficus at Lowes. I actually braided the Ficus myself.
