Hey so i was planning on putting these plants on my chams cage, i bought them off a plant shop. It's a schefflera and a ficus, my question is, if it is a good idea to put the ficus in there even though it requires sun, as the guy from the shop said, i also asked them if their soil had any types of chemicals or pesticides and they said it was a prepared soil with some chemicals but werent harmful, just in case, i covered my schefflera with mesh and then rocks on top as you can see. I also so something on my schefflera that looked like dust to me, but was actually whiter, (if you click on the picture and then zoom in you can see it on the bottom leaves) i think its a pesticide or something, but the shop guy told me it was months old so it wouldnt be harmful, i washed the plant lots of times with water and soap just in case but theres still a bit left, do you think it would be harmful for my cham?
