Plant Identification.

Hello Friends,

I would greatly appreciate some aide in confirming what plants these are. I need both the species and supbspecies of plant. I have an idea of what they might be, but for the sake of the answer I won't say and hope that you are in agreement with me. I thought I knew what one was for sure but the person who bought it is telling me otherwise- which means it may have been mislabled.

The second:

Positive feedback for those with good answers.

I am not sure, but the second plant may be a Schefflera actinophylla. The leaves seem kind of thin and long. I am not a plant expert though, so I would seek further advice :)

they look like they got fertilizer burn being how dark green they look.
im seeing a umbrella plant maybe

As I said before, its obviously an umbrella plant. Which species is the deciding factor.

Secondly, the darkness is just in the photos.

Hi Will,

I think the vining plant pictured first is one of the philodendrons. Which one is a big question.. there are a few hundred varieties, I think. Maybe the heart leaf one, but I have never seen any with those pretty red shafts on them. If you are looking for a home for some cuttings off of it, let me know! It is beautiful.

Heika
