I have an evergreen spindle that is perfect size to take up most the room in my new cage 2x2x4. The spindle is roughly the little over that size would need trimmed down. Also have a cherry laurel, but I can’t find any information on if these plants are Chameleon safe? I got my guy Rango last Monday! He’s roughly 3-4 months from what I was told. They are in my front yard we do not use pesticides or anything.

Here is a list of cham safe plants. Sorry, it would only let me screenshot the photo, so some of the photos of the plants are cut off. There may be more safe plants

So, just a heads up: it’s way easier for us plant nerds to identify a plant by its Scientific name (ie) Latin. In one of your pics you have a euonymus species. Though pretty, there are sources that site them as toxic. In any case, the variety you have is a hardy plant that requires a proper winter to thrive. You won’t be able to bring it inside. The euonymous is what you’re calling a spindle, and it won’t live inside your house. The cherry laurel is indeed a species of prunus, so is probably not toxic, but again, it is a hardy plant that requires a winter to thrive. Hardy plants have evolved to go through a season of growth, them a season of cold rest, and almost always do poorly indoors.
