I bought a new 18" flourescent light fixture that takes a type t8 bulb. I was not able to find a type t8 6500k flourescent tube that people say is good on here so I purchased a Plant and Aquarium 2700k bulb (the package said it is the ideal spectrum for growing indoor plants) I am just making sure that it is not harmful to my Carmie or her eyes in any way. Does anybody know? I don't think it could be bad because it is not a UV light but I just would like to know for sure. (ps I also use a 18" reptisun 5.0 and a 60 watt household bulb for basking) Thanks.
