There is a photo of K. excubitor in Necas' book. As for Ch. (T.) camerunensis, that is a lot more difficult. I've never seen a photo of a live Ch. (T.) camerunensis. If you find one, please let me know.

Ditto on what Chris said if you can find them. There's also a pic of a male K. excubitor in Ferguson, et al's description of Ch. (T.) jacksonii xantholophus in The Vivarium as a conspecific.
