Hey everyone- I used to have a chameleon and when he passed away a year ago I made the choice to not get another one because of how much work it was to care for him. There is a little guy in distress in the Schaumburg IL petco (on roselle) if anyone is a pet store rescuer. It appears to be a very young female housed with a male of the same age with barely anything to crawl on, but further more one of her eyes is not moving or rotating. She was on the floor trying to climb up a picture of rocks. The male was on the cieling. I brought it to the attention of the workers as well as stating they didn't have whole of of time left to be housing them together before they will both be even further unhappy. And she sort of stared at me blankly. I used to work at petstores and know how under educated they are so it's not her fault. I almost bought the thing myself because I don't think it's well at all. I don't have the time or space to properly care for one either. So I'm putting it out in hopes that someone in the area reads the forums. The girl said she would tell the vet (which is the dog one I assume) so maybe they will help her. I hope the poor girl doesn't go unnoticed.
