parasites ?

i was wondering what's the signs for intestinal parasites.
like dehydration and all the bad stuff, does it come with a warning ?
like ... poop color or lost of appetite or anything ?
mine eats well but seems lethargic and poop has sometimes a strange brown-white color (might be the things that the bugs eat)
