Parasites? What should I be looking for?

Hello forum!!
I brought my 8 month old panther cham outside today to soak up some sun and just free range for a bit and I saw him eat a fly. I know theres a risk for parasites if you feed your cham wc insects an such so what should i be looking out for, runny poop, vomiting, ect?

All of what you said, runny poop (that smells) vomiting, undigested food, lethargy, lack of appetite... I wouldn't worry about one fly really. Maybe if you fed them on a regular basis, but I suppose one fly could do it too. My one guy ate a huge and I mean huge horsefly yesterday. I am not gonna sit and worry about it.

If you ever are really worried about parasites a lot of vets will do free fecal checks. At least in Nor-Cal they do.
