So, is there a difference between nosey be and blue bar chameleons? If so what is it?

Nosy Be is a locale of panther chameleon that are generally blue in color. I assume when you say blue bar, you are talking about the Ambilobe locale. Ambilobe panther chameleons show a rainbow of colors that vary greatly. The blue bar refers to a blue bar that generally runs horizontally down the side of their body. Pictures of these are very easy to find.
