IF they survived the journey, they would presumably have to be quarantined. They may not get the specialist care required whilst quarantined either, so you are probably best off searching in the UK. I PM'd you another forum site to search on.
My understanding is CITES documentation is needed any time they're crossing the borders (even if they're US-bred species, and not Madagascar imports) so - it could be done (it's probably less difficult on the animals than importing wild-caught), but is not a trivial matter.
I wouldn`t imagine anyone would be willing to ship from abroad, but I did come across this breeder in the uk who has panthers - only females left at the moment, but he seems to be stocked frequently. I hope it is useful to you and it would be so much safer for the little cham too.
