are panthers hard to care for than veilds.
thinking of getin 1 on the weekend

Not really they are both considered starter chameleons. I know veilds can stand hotter and colder temps so just mkae sure you get your temps right and panthers need the humidity a little higher. You will be fine though and i sure youll love them I know i do.

Panthers and veileds are pretty much the same husbandry-wise. I'd set the basking temps an extra 5F lower for panthers and feed half as much.

Ditto on the above, I have one of each and there's not a whole lot of difference other than humidity and temps. Panthers are from Madagascar which is tropical and rainy, Veileds are from Saudia Arabia/Yeman which are drier climates.

no, they dont, they all have different appetites according to what i know.
