Panther Palace Package

Is the Panther Palace habitat big listed on Krammer Chameleons really big enough for a full grown panther? The dimensions are 40” high x 18” deep x 34” wide.

I wouldn't think that it would be deep enough but does the width make up for the depth?

Also is it really tall enough normally cages need to be at least 48" tall right?

Also I am thinking about building a cage that would be 54" high x 24" deep x 36" wide would this be ok? and also I see so many people build gorgeous stands for the cage with cabinets and everything else. Could someone explain how to do this?
