Panther Male chameleon pale in color

i have a Year old male panther Chameleon For the last 2 days he has been spending a lot of his day in his pathos plant in the shade. We have him in a Large Mesh cage we currently hand spray them sometimes with warmed water sometimes with cold 2/3 times a day. I live in San Jose, California so we have a 70w heat lamp hanging above the cage with a large UVB light fixture to cover my male and female. And I just got a nano light today 40w. I’ve been having to take him out for him to get some water and sunlight so he’s not in his pant all day he looks pretty weak this past days too. I’m really worried he did eat a hornworm and missed a cricket please feel free to ask somethings I may be doing wrong or if someone can give me advice .

• Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
• Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
• Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
• Location - Where are you geographically located?
