Panther is very dark

AM I doing something wrong?

Chameleon: Panther
Handling: Seldom, he will sometimes climb on my hand when i am feeding him
Feeding: mainly crickets, silkworms, hornworms, dubia roaches, mealworms, gut load with repahy bug burger, kale and carrots
Supplements: repashycalcium plus 4 times a week, calcium with vitd3 1 per month
Watering:mist 3-4 times daily, driper on for 6-8hrs per day
Fecal Description: His stool is a healthy color and firm but not hard, his urine is also of a healthy white/cream color
History: no prior issues

Cage Info
Cage Type: Screened cage 24 x 24 x 48
Lighting: reptisun 10.0 uvb tube, incandecent for heat, 13 watt grow and glow bulb
Temperature: Basking spot is around 85-90 degrees, 70 degrees at the bottom. His overnight temperature is roughly 60-68 degrees.
Humidity: maintained between 50-70%
Plants: live large umbrella plant, dried grape vine, several fake vines
Location: He is in a corner of bedroom with little traffic throughout the day.

Current Problem: He is about 8-10 months old, he has shed 3 or 4 times since i got him when he was 5 months. He is always a dark color, He is active and eats well, drinks everyday, he will sometimes climb on my hand when i am feeding.

The conditions you're keeping look perfectly fine, the enclosure looks fine. Nothing jumps out to me as being a problem. Are there any bright colored walls or objects nearby? for some Chams that could be a stressor. Are there any air vents blowing his direction? Even if the temps seem right, vents could be making him cold which will cause him to turn dark.
