Panther egg pipping

Hey guys so my panther egg has been popping since Thursday morning. He was sticking the very tip of his nose out of the egg for a little bit but around Thursday night or friday morning he went back into the egg. It doesn't seem like there's been any movement after he retracted so I'm kind of getting worried. I've been incubating at 68-72°. I know it can take them up to 3 or 4 days but were reaching the 3rd day mark and since he hasnt moved since day 1 it worries me please let me know what you think. I'll drop a picture on what he looked like when he first started pipping. I don't want to open the incubator again to take a picture of what it looks like now because I don't want any problems with the egg.

He made it out!! Let me know if he looks healthy. Also is he going to be very active? And how long can I keep him in his incubation chamber I feel like it might be a little small for him.
