It looks ok in other photos but I'll take some more pics and zoom in to see if there is anything there.@Miss Lily I would be a bit concerned about the right side of her mouth. The lips don't meet properly and it looks like it might be the beginning of a mouth infection.
Yep, it was calcium powder. She only puffs out her gular when she's in her cage basking, so I'll try and get more pics! What are yo expecting to see?I'm assuming that lip thing is transient calcium dust from a feeding and has gone away.
About the scales: that definitely looks like some cham 5 o'clock shadow. What happens when she puffs out her neck pouchey thing? Do they stick out more? Has she shed lately?

@jajeanpierre I have checked her mouth and there is nothing untoward going on with her.@Miss Lily I suggest you pull the lip back and have a really good look if you haven't already done so. As you can see in the pictures below, it doesn't look like anything until the lip is rolled back.
