I was told my guy was a guy, and that he was a Ambilobe. However, I showed a picture to another person and they said he looks like a Nosy Be.
What do y’all think he could be? 🙂 also, they said he’s a dude, but I would love for y’all to confirm that lol

You can not tell locale looking at a panther baby. Unless the breeder told you exactly what it is you will need to wait until it reaches maturity so you can see the colors to try to see what locale it lines up with.

I dunno on gender...

Ohh gotcha! His colors are already coming in, so I’m sure we will know in a couple of months! I’ll repost him when he is more mature 🙂
Gender is hard to tell. I look at picture and my eyes are just not good enough to see the differences LOL

My wife was sold an ambilobe that turned out to be a nosy be. We wouldn’t change it now, but it was a bit frustrating at the time believing that it was intentional.

Ugh that stinks! That’s why I wanted to ask too. I feel like some stores or breeders don’t know too well. I will post more photos as his colors come in to see if anyone can identify his type. 🙂
