I got a male panther a couple days ago and the past couple days he’s been showing really dark colors in the morning but they seem to eventually go back to normal. is this ok? what does this mean? first three pictures are from this morning and last pic is from yesterday.

Dark colors in the morning can mean he's trying to warm up after the cooler night temps. My chameleons have always been darker in the morning, but after a bit under the basking spot they go back to their daytime colors.

Pretty chameleon you have.
