are juvenile chameleons more aggressive then older chameleons.?

it really all depends on the animal. my male panther is super calm and will willing come out of his cage onto my arm. my female however will lunge gape and bite if i even put my hand in.

hmm, is there anyway to tame down a 3 month old, haha i don't want it being mean when its older

treats are usually the best thing to help them recognize you as not a predator.

waxies, butters, and something random like painted ladies. really your animal will have a very specific personality all its life.

Do a search. You will find tons of threads beating this topic to death. All giving good advice on what you can try. Most of it just involves working with them, using food, and moving slowly. In the end, from what I gather some never can be tamed.
