I think that is a little girl. If so, she will eventually turn peachy/pink as her reproductive system is active. If I’m wrong and it’s a little boy, he will develop colors according to what locale he is.

One thing you might like to know...female Panther chameleons can produce eggs without having mated...so she will need special care to prevent issues.
