panther and enclosure update

Some of you guys may remember my build thread. It has been a while since I have posted any pics of either the cham or cage so thought we would take some pics of both today. Let me know what you think:

The cage and your panther look great! If I had to make one small suggestion, i would probably elevate it off the ground so the cage is a bit higher. So he will be higher than you!!! Just my opinion! Your panther is so pretty!!!!

It is elavated off the ground his highest point is 7ft high.

Very nice setup and cham there, whats the palnt on the right hand side with the big leaves called?

Its a ficus elastica rubber plant. Its hard to keep in a cham elclosure as they only like to be watered once a week but we seem to have a happy medium.

I was under the impression that this ficus was toxic to chameleons.

i only ask because i found a really nice one along with a ficus benjamina at a local grocery store for $20 i was excited till i read the above link. I would really like a broad leaf plant to have as hide away's around the sides and bottom of my enclosure.

wow sorry, In that one pic it looks to low to the ground, but I see how much higher it really is in the other pic. My bad!!!

I would remove the rubber tree - it has a white milky substance that is highly irritating to the skin and can be toxic if ingested. Other than that, everything looks great!
