Wow. I positioned my enclosure in a corner with two big windows. Do you have that option?

Not really, and plus i don't have the option of keeping the windows opened most of the time, so it would be pointless.

Do the windows need to be open in order for UVB to pass? My Cham LOVES hanging off the screen in the natural sunlight. But, can the UVB pass through the glass?

uvb does not pass through glass in any amount that your cham will benefit from.
