Outside Temperatures

I know natural sunlight is always the best for our chams and living plants. I want to put my chams' cages outdoors during the day to take advantage of that. What is the minimum temperature I can do that without doing harm to their health? I live in Tucson and the current temperature is now 56 degrees.

That would depend on the species....I can't speak about panthers but I'll keep my Oustalets out when the temps get down to the low 60s at night. I've read that some of your montane species can take to even lower temps!!!

I take mine out in the sun for short periods (30 to 45 minutes) even when in the 50's but you could not leave a cham out for hours in the lower temps.

I wish it was nice out here in michigan, it is freezing! I cannot wait until summer/spring to take our new little guy out!
