As you can see in the last picture, she is leaving her mouth like this at all times unless she just ate.
I do not see anything unusual inside her mouth. Any suggestions?

I suggest you go to the Vet and have her looked at.

In the meantime use calcium dust at each feeding and dust with D3. Don't go overboard... but I would provide vit. D3 to her asap.

She looks like she has MBD. you can see it in her legs and her mouth.

I agree with Kevin.
That left front leg in particular does not look quite right.
Possibly some edema as well?
You need to take this animal to the vet.

I would like to say that those are great pictures! I look forward to what you can post after you get your girl in better health. I'm glad you've taken over her care. It's obvious she needs you.

I would say that is a sure case of MBD. Examine your gutloading/dusting practices. Fluker's is fine as cricket feed but not very nutritious for chameleons (I only use Cricket Crack). Be sure to dust calcium without D3 every feeding and with D3 occasionally. I would also recommend a linear ZooMed 5.0 UVB light. Other lights can be used but since you are clearly having issues, now would be a good time to stick to the "tried and true" methods.

My poor girl. I am going to try to find a doctor but we are kinda in the middle of nowhere! Will increase her calcium intake and hopefully she will get better. She seems to be more active now that I have the mist king in there. Lime, Where do i get Cricket Crack and this D3 supplement. Links please if possible.

at this point, i doubt cricket crack will be enough to turn her condition around. cricket crack is a (very good) gutload, but only a gutload, for feeders. some sort of treatment is most likely in order. D3 may help, but i have no idea to what extent and i doubt it will reverse the condition, though it may help slow or halt it.

of course, proper gutloading is a great idea too, I'm just talking in terms of priority for this situation.

Just to clarify, I do use the ReptiGlo 5.0 CF bulbs on all my Exo-Terra Glass Terrariums but I only house smaller species in these enclosures. Due to the steep drop off and small size of the radiance spot, I don't think these bulbs are appropriate for larger chameleon species. When they are used, I think it should be done in conjunction with a UVB meter to make sure basking spots are placed appropriately.

This animal definitely appears to have some form of MBD. MBD can be caused by a number of different things, however, so consulting a vet is definitely advisable.

The fastest way to correct MBD is for a vet to give the chameleon shots of calcium until the blood calcium levels are high enough that it can be given a shot of calcitonin. The calcitonin rapidly draws the calcium back into the bones...and if its not done correctly it can kill the chameleon. Don't forget that not only does a calcium imbalance affect the bones, its plays important roles in other systems in the body so if you want the chameleon to have the best chance at a normal life it needs to be corrected before more damage is done.

Along with getting it back in balance, you need to look at your husbandry to make sure it will remain healthy.

**Update on my lizard**

Ok, I found out through the grape vine, the full history of my lizard. She became Egg Bound and as a result developed MBD and started eating pebbles because of calcium deficiency. She was rushed to surgery where she had the eggs removed and rocks from her stomach and spayed. After that the recovery was 6 weeks of being seringe fed. That is why her mouth is open, it is past MBD that has been handled along with being seringe fed for so long. I feel so bad for her and am glad that she now has a nice home. If it was not for you guys letting me know what to try, I may never of came across the original breeder that sold it to the pet store who sold it to a breeder who sold it to me. THANKS everyone!

Matman-I am so glad you are taking on the challenge and trying to get help for this poor girl. That she has made it this far is amazing. Did the pet store actually charge you for this animal. She should have been free.

glad you were able to figure everything out. I'm sure the animal is in good hands now. So you are saying a breeder bought this animal from a pet store (which doesn't sound right honestly) and then sold it to you?

Did this person let you know of the animal's condition?
