One of the reasons I hate crickets!

Well there are several but one of them is their night time songs  I try to get any left over crickets out of Waldo's cage every evening before lights out but apparently I missed one or two tonight. As I sit here trying to watch my fav tv show, I am serenaded by a cricket...... If I did not have a sheet over his cage and it would not stress him too much I might would turn his lights back on and get that booger out, but instead I guess I will sit here and cuss it under my breath!

I just got 1000 feeders/breeders in , my husband has no idea in about a few weeks, he will be hearing them - lol a few is bad enough, 1000  I bet he makes me take them to my studio - lol :p I don't so much mind the sound, what i hate is when I THINK all made it into her cage for morning feeding, and then I find one of the cursed things in my BATHROBE ! lol

Yikes, yeah finding them in your clothes would be hard to swallow.
I keep thinking maybe I should go in and get him out but as long as he will leave my Cham alone overnight I guess he will stay there. I always worry about that but I am sure there have been one or two left in other nights as well that his behind some leaves etc....

I loosened the sheet slightly on one side so a little room light shows through and he stopped. Waldo is still soundly sleeping so the little amount of light going in does not seem to effect him but at least it stopped the chirping. It was driving me batty! I mean seriously.....I am trying to watch the batchelor.....hehe

I push dubias everyday but he has not taken to them yet :(. I have about 8k of those upstairs in a rubbermaid tote.....Although he loves the horns and silks but I don't want him to become too attached. Although price wise I could probably feed him horns and silks for about the same price and less headache as crickets!! Not to mention they have much more nutritional value and less mouth....LOL
