Current Problem?: Has been keeping his left eye closed too much. If he is hunting or intimidated he opens both eyes, but prefers to keep the left shut any other time. There is no sagging of the eye lid, and no pussy seepage. When open it looks healthy. There my be a slightly darker tint to the iris, but too subtle for me to really tell. He eats and drinks really well and maintains good color.

Age?: 5-6 Months.
Sex?: Male.
How long has it been in your care?: 3 Days.
How often do you handle your chameleon?: Rarely so far.
What are you feeding your chameleon?: Small Crickets and Silk Worms.
What amount are you feeding?: 3 Crickets and a Silk Worm.
What is the schedule?: Every Day.
How are you gut-loading your feeders?: Carrots, Yellow Squash and Apples.
What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?: Rep-Cal no D3 once so far. Miner-all no D3 havent given yet.
What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long do you mist?: Misting regularly through out the day with hand mister..
Do you see your chameleon drinking?: Yes.
Fecal Description?: Black (slightly green maybe) with Small amounts of white on the end or side..
Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?: Unknown.
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you?: Just bought him from the breeder at the reptile show..
Cage Type - What are the dimensions?: Screen Enclosure 1ft across and deep, 3ft tall On a stand to keep at eye level..
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?: Reptiglow 15\" 14w 5.0uvb, 50watt spot basking lamp. Lights on at 8:00am basking light off at 5pm unless he is still using it. UV off by 9 or 10.
Temperature - What temp range have you create (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?: Lowest overnight temp 67. Havent measured temp range or spot temp, but havent had any problems with basking.
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?: Its naturally humid here but I am misting the cage regularly throughout the day..
Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?: Medium traffic area top at about 5ft. No vents or fans, some natural sun from back slider when the sun is actually showing.
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?:Cut Branches of mullberry and umbrella plant. Clean, no pesticides..
