I know you guys are not going to believe it but I went and got that 4 yr old panther from the guy who posted on here! From what I can tell he has gular edema(look at the pic and tell me what ya think) and there are two spots where his scales on each side are a little suspect. According to the owner, it has been like that for about a year and a half! I made an apointment for thurs with the vet to check him over. Am hoping to get a fecal by then. Right now he is outside sunning in his cage. Going to the depot to get some new plants. here are a few pics. Check out his neck. I am pretty sure that is edema. It feels like fluid. Now the question is this? The man I got him from did not supplement much at all So what else do you think can cause that ? I have heard about over supplementation but that is just not the case here. well here are few pics. Can you believe....I DID IT!!!! now I am 2.0 instead of 1.0!!! lol he weighs in a whopping 267 grams! I hope it is not all water weight!! He is not the most colorful. I never realized how beautiful Romeo is!!!! one thing he is the friendliest and so docile which he really nice. He has been sunning and crawiling around his cage. Over all he seems very healthy. Just the swelling around the neck. Any feedback will be appreciated!!! Thanks guys!!! off to the depot I go!
