Ok so i havea question about chameleon stres??

I have a female ferret probably 10x the size of my cham. She needs out 3 - 5 hours a day. Do you think she'll stress my cham? It would freak me out i f a saw a bear running around jumping in the air !

I too have a ferret and I wouldn't say she is quite ten times the size of my chameleon But your chameleon cage should be above ground level anyway, I think the chameleon will adjust to it easily considering he will be high above the action.

I guess you answered your own question then. It's just unnecessary stress for your chameleon. One thing I see on most chameleon care sheets is to place a cage in a "low traffic area", meaning an area without a lot of constant movement (from ferrets).
