Odd But Supposedly Progress In Attitude

So my Female Veiled Cham Coda is usually your stereotypical veiled chameleon, being the aggressive introvert and all. But lately she has been coming towards me like she wants to come out, but puffs up and backs away if I put my hand in her enclosure. Does anyone else’s Cham do this? Is it just one more confusing thing that they do? Thanks!

Melon does this to me all the time now that she has a new enclosure. I leave her alone for the most part since she doesn’t like handeling. So when she sees me coming she assumes I have food and rushes over to see me.

Clarice does this all the time! Especially when she is receptive or gravid.
