Nutritional Info for Feeders

Hello everyone I am having trouble finding the nutritional value of: Silk worms, Horn-worms, Dubia roaches , Butter worms , and Wax worms,
I would appreciate any feedback as I am trying to come up with a diet that will benefit my chameleon as well as keep him interested in all types of feeders...* I am only asking for those because I have the info for Crickets,Meal worms,Super worms, and phoenix worms...THANK YOU

ALSO I would love to hear your diets or schedules...

I suggest no fewer than 5 feeders per month (I myself use up to 14 types of prey) with no single feeder prey type making up more than 40% of the diet. You can see sample logs /schedules of what my chameleons eat here: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/food-diary/

Thank you so much!! This is great also would you have any suggestions on how to start giving a veiled fruit (snack that will be given rarely due to the sugar in it) he just looks at me like I'm crazy

You can start a veiled offering fruit, etc by taming a thin wedge of it and putting the end of it in the chameleon's mouth when it's open (chewing or drinking)...just make sure you place it so it bites it....don't "throw" it down its throat.
