My mist king won't spray. Jared and I think its the nozzle . Is there anything I can do to fix it or is there a way to locally get a similar nozzle?

It is possible that some debris from drilling a hole in the bucket has lodged in the tube. (this can happen if the bucket is not rinsed out thoroughly) If you want to test to see if it is the nozzle, remove it and see if water is making its way through the tube.

We did that part. Without the nozzle it works, but with it we can't get it to. We rinsed it out pretty good before assembly. I'm bummed :(

The front of the nozzle is threaded.
If a piece of debris got inside, it should be able to be removed once you unscrew the nozzle tip from the nozzle body.
It would be very surprising if there was mineral buildup sufficient to clog a nozzle in only a week or two.

You can contact Marty if you're concerned about voiding the nozzle warranty but if it was mine, this is what I would do:

Disassembly is easy.

You will need 2 wrenches:
A 9/16" or a 14mm wrench (9/16"=14mm)
A 1/2" wrench

With the nozzle pinhole opening facing up, slide the 9/16" wrench onto the hexagonal main body of the nozzle
Next, slide the 1/2" wrench onto the hexagonal tip of the nozzle.
Holding the 9/16" wrench firmly, twist the 1/2" wrench counterclockwise and it will unscrew fully with repeated turns of the wrench.
