Not very computer savy....help please

For the life of me, I can NOT figure out how to post a pic on this forum or even give myself an avatar pic. Can somebody p!ease walk me through this? Thanks.

Next to the "post reply" click on "upload a file" then choose the location of the file, click on the file then it will post

For your profile picture. Go to your profile page, then click on the empty spot for the picture and it should prompt you to choose a file.
