I would take him to a vets ASAP again.

Concerning the husbandry....
Why are the night temperatures so warm?

You said there is a water feature inside...it could be a source of bacteria depending on what it is. You were already advised to get rid of this.

You said..."small crickets, was eating 4 per day now is one per day"...if he's 10 months old he should be eating bigger crickets and he should be eating more than one a day.

You said you use "exo terra electrod3ize drop into water"...is it in the dripper and possibly dripping into his eye?

The feces should be a brown "sausage"-like piece and there should be a white part (the urates).

IMHO you need to use a phosphorous-free calcium supplement that you dust on the crickets at most feedings. I also use a vitamin powder and a calcium/D3 product twice a month each. Do you gutload/feed a nutritious diet to the crickets like the vet said to do?

To me the poor shedding is likely due to some health/nutrient issue....but the vet should be able to tell you what's going on.
Was he ever given an antibiotic because of the toe injury? Perhaps he has an infection?
