Not eating

Usually Yoda will eat like 12 dusted crickets a day. Today he has only eaten 1 and he keeps walking back and forth between two branches in his cage. I think it's time for him to shed since its been about 3 weeks since his last one. Is that the reason for the sudden lack of appetite or is he just bored of crickets, which is the main thing I feed him.

There is no possible way you can get an insightful answer from the limited information you have provided. Appetite will change based on stage of growth, illness, reproductive status (a female about to lay will usually have a drop in appetite), temperature, "boredom," stress, etc., etc., etc. I have yet to notice any relationship between shedding and appetite. Maybe there is one, but I haven't noticed it.

I got him at the beginning of May from petco so I'm not sure how old he was when I got him but I'm guessing he's around 7 months. I did research before I got him so I was sure to get a male, he's got the Spurs so im sure he's not female. I don't know what I can do to ease boredom if that's the problem. He's in a reptibreeze cage maybe it is getting too small for him, I am getting a bigger one next week. I have a dripper going most of the day and a mist system that sprays for 15 seconds every hour while I'm not there to keep humidity up. I use puppy pads in the bottom of his cage to soak up extra water and change them every other day. I will just keep an eye on him, maybe go pick up some super worms to try to coax him to eat.
