Just say NO to crosses. Esp crosses of less common locales. Maybe if it was an Ambi x Ambanja. But the rare stuff like falys, mitsios, anks, tama's should be kept pure. We dont need to screw up the few faly lines we have coming in with crossed up females. Jmpo as a breeder and keeper.
i agree with this.. to each is own but why would you want to spend that kind of money for a faly to cross it?
to me crosses arent wrong individually speaking
but if people continue to cross everything, then there wouldnt be any more for them to cross that are "pure".
the real whole point with keeping pure lines is to preserve what nature has developed the same ones madagascar produced and continue breeding them and preserve/honor their beauty.
as long as pures one exist then so will crossing, but the limited panthers of rare locales in the US make it essential for them to first be pure , then maybe one day , many years later when they become common, crossing them wouldnt be a big deal because their are more out there.
