Nosy Faly Panther Feeding Amount?

My female Nosy Faly Panther is approx 5 months old and has a pretty large appetite and I'm worried that I give too much food or too little. Are there any guidelines on how much to feed or can she eat as much as she likes for now? Two weeks ago she was 15 grams and yesterday she was 24 g. She doesn't look fat at all but has definately grown. Even when in the garden she is constantly fly catching.

Should I also stop feeding her from a certain time so that she can digest the food before bedtime?

I'm aware I have to watch her weigh later on, from what age do I need to do this?

feed her as much as she can eat for like 15 minutes if she dosent run to them when you open the tank she isnt hungry
