My baby jackson's chameleon started eating meal worms about 10 days ago and today started not eating them, i just ran out of crickets so that is all i can feed him. The thing is, he is drinking a ton of water.

Welcome fellow marylander and jackson's owner. My cham goes on little food strikes every now and then too. I think it's nature way of preventing them from becoming obese, as i have never seen an over weight Chameleon in the 20 years i have kept them.
So long as he's drinking, and is active he's fine. A healthy cham can go days/ a week or so without food. So long as you get your crix within a week, he should be fine. Just keep him hydrated.
