Sunny or overcast? If it's sunny, they can sit out for an hour or so. Just make sure they can bask for awhile afterwards...
it's been sunny, just cold, at least to me. Stanley, my veiled stays brown, i know its to absorb the heat but he just doesnt look happy...
when you say to "make sure that they can bask for awhile afterwards",, do you mean inside, under the light bulb in his cage?
