Went out to buy a 2 month old today but when I saw how small they were I reconsidered and bought this 5 month old male instead.

Pictures aren't great, had to enhance the brightness. I'll take some more when he's settled in.

Pretty! I agree with Julirs, 2 month olds can be fragile, compared to an older one like that. He already has some bars, so you won't have to wait too long before you see them.

He's lovely! 2 month old chams are so tiny! I had the choice of either a baby or Lily, who was 6 months old at the time. I went with Lily as she was the one I fell in love with - she's so nice natured. The thought of a 2 month baby was quite scary for me!

I'm happy that I made the right decision - with an older cham you know that they are eating ok and they are already established with supplements, etc. Hope you enjoy your new little man!

Feeding is easier as well, the 2 month olds were feeding on fruit flies. I've had experience with fruit flies in the past and hated them. Found them all over the house!

I left him basking a dark shade of green. Just checked on him, he's no longer basking and is brown. Is that anything to worry about? He's very nervous and doesn't like being misted at all. Should I try feeding tonight? ( it's 8pm now, lights out at 10pm)

Really cool veiled/yemen chameleon!
Mine sometimes goes brown when its a bit nervous or if i have been in the room for quite a while and he's gotton fed up with me. i would try letting him settle in because mine was really nervous the first couple of days.
BUT!!!! Im no expert so i would get a experienced persons advise or even the breeders advise.
But back to the point real cool chameleon
