We all make those promises of eating better, start to go to the gym, get along with others(that's a hard one for me), etc at the end of the year. But, how long before those resolutions go out the window? Your say...
I find resolutions don't work unless you incorporate some attainable goals with them. Just saying I'm gonna lose some weight is not as good as saying I'm gonna lose 15 pounds. To do it I'm gonna lose 5 by the end of February, 5 more by June and the last 5 by the end of October.
I have started setting New Years Goals and have been much more successful! (Before that I only set resolutions that were easy to keep! )
