This is the color she's been staying in pretty sure she hates my guts. She ate 4 crickets first thing this morning.

So that’s too cold and and too humid for that time of day. First step is a proper cage, supplements, temps and humidity, then proper lighting (need to get a correct cage height first), then correcting the rest of your husbandry (ALL ARE NEEDED ASAP, THOUGH!)

Also, go for a screen cage since you’re in Houston.

Can you post a photo of her on something so we can tell her size please and also...how big are the crickets...will they fit into her mouth comfortably?

Nope, bigger. Minimum of 36” x 18” x 36” tall or 2’ x 2’ x 4’ tall, but preferably 4’ x 2’ x 4’ tall or bigger. Bigger is always better!
Edit: well yes for the screen cage, but bigger than that size
