New tree

Our new cham doesn't want to leave the new tree we got him, but all his heat/uvb/misting system is in the elaborate cage we made for him. When we do finally get him off the tree he kinda freaks out and climbs for the air we we move from tree to cage. Each time we open the cage he wants out to his tree.... Any suggestions other than leaving him in the tree? My hard wood floors are not a huge fan of all this hand misting in a tree! Ha

Put a "mini tree" in his cage,add more plants and branches for him to climb and roam,regardless most of the chams will want to explore outside their cage just because they are in their cages all the time ,free range them will add more fun in their life instead of 24/7 lock in their own cages.

How do I know if he is getting enough uvb?

How do I know if he is getting enough uvb?

By making sure the uvb bulb is changed every 6month,received outdoor sunlight along with correct calcium supplements (D3 , no D3) scheduled for ur cham.
