I am new to this forum.I first had a Jackson's chameleon that I caught when I lived on Oahu in the early 90's.I decided to get a panther the other day.It has been 2 days and it hasn't eaten yet.It drinks from the dripping leaves.I am a little worried but I am hoping it is just because of the new place that it's living in.

Welcome-
A lot of chameleons take a few days to eat (and some will not let you see them) when you first bring them home- your best bet is to check out the care sheets and post a message in the health clinic section with the "how to ask for help" thread as a guide - the best thing to do is to cut and paste into it.

He is eating crickets if I let them free in the cage.still won't take the mealworms from a cup.I'll take what I can get for now.I still don't know what locale he(pretty sure its a male) is.
