The Grasses are Dracena (safe) they add a nice effect can't wait to see them all grow out.

Nice Enclosure

First off...excellent enclosure! Second, I live just north of you in Concord NH and I am interested in building my own wooden enclosure. I have access to the marine epoxy that you spoke of earlier in your post. I really would like to build a round enclosure, primarily of wood. Any thoughts? or suggestions/ideas?

nevermind

Now I am considering 2" by 3" by 6-7" enclosure. Ya my woodworking skills, what wood working skills? I learn as I go. What type of wood did you use for this build? and stain?

To build a round one will require a lot of joints, if not made correctly with precision could lead to a lot of issues down the road, I used heart pine to match a existing mantle in the room and Sherman Williams golden cherry stain.

That is a beautiful enclosure. I'd love to build something like that for my timor monitor. Do you have any plans that you can share ?

I want one too please!! The sloping floor is a fab idea...how have you achieved it?? (I have pen and paper at the ready...yup, Im unashamedly nickin your ideas:D )
