Hey guys,

so im getting my first cham in a couple months whenever he is ready to leave the nest. haha so my question is. what is the best supplements to use for a baby ambilobe? his enclosure will be run with (2) Retisun 5.0 UVB bulbs and a heat lamp. he will have a fogger for plenty of humidity also. im planing on feeding him a main diet of gut-loaded crickets and super worms. Can someone please guide me in the right direction as to what to use. how much to use and how often to use it.

thank you!!

Thank you!! this was very helpfull. are there any better brands that i should go with or does it not matter?

Im a big fan of rep-cal. Calcium, calcium w/d3, and herptivite.

Or you can do the repashy calcium. all in one! It's got low levels of d3 vit A, and heavy in plain calcium so its good for everyday most to all feeders..
Personally i dust All staple feeders and leave worms and treats undusted that's just me.
Here's the calcium plus all in one.. http://www.store.repashy.com/calcium-plus-4-oz-bag.html

Here's a good gutload for ur feeders... http://www.store.repashy.com/bug-burger-4-oz-bag.html

EDIT: rep-cal are ususally available in commercial pet stores.
If not WITH d3 http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00076HTQA
With NO d3 http://mobile.buy.com/ibuy/Product.aspx?sku=211501557&sellerid=31376753
Herptivite. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00061UWJW/ref=redir_mdp_mobile

Thank you! This Repashy stuff seems like the way to go. very simple and easy to use. if i go with this i will not have to use anything but this? That would be awesome.

what are your thoughts on using 2 5.0 UVB bulbs? he is going into an 18"x18"x36" reptibreez enclosure. i really want it to be lit well and i dont think that one will be sufficient enough. but if i use 2 UVB bulbs is that to much. should i just use one and a regular light bulb to get the effect that i am looking for?

I have mine in a 24*24*48 and I only have one uvb and it stays lit well. I think two would be too much, I also use repashy and its so simple and easy, I see no problems at all
