you will do great if you research them for a bit before you buy. imo a good mister like a mist king is a must if you are not able to be at home on all hours of the day to make sure that they are drinking and that the humidity stays where it should, also some live plants really do help out a lot with the humidity. they are a fun hobby but can also control your life if you dont have the money to get timers, a automatic mister and a good drain for under your cage. other than that if you want to make it easy just get ready to bust out a pretty penny for your initial setup. i think for everything that i have into the panther i bought a few weeks ago its close to a grand with him included. also make sure you lighting is a 5.0 uvb florescent tube that gos the width of the cage. i do on the other hand want to say that they can be quite a bit cheaper but the work load gos up without the timers and automatic mister and drain but it is possible just dont plan on leaving for very long with out some one watching them without them they are finicky little animals
